Dear readers, just to let you know that our main website Alternative4u now has 2 health and beauty forums on it, plus an area for health and beauty workers. The shop too is quite busy with people looking for vitamin products with some foods now being too costly to buy in the amount to stay well. Some people (about 4 million) now live on such a small amount of money that by the time bills are paid, they have less than £30 per week to buy food with, these people will very quickly become ill if major vitamin's within the body are not replaced. Take care all, as sadly we do see things getting a lot worse for the low paid workers who cannot demand 20% wage increases and get it, but you will see that others will get that amount. Patrick
